The house is amazing and we would definitely stay here again! The view from the deck is stunning, the hot tub is a plus. The kitchen has plenty of space and the rooms are comfortable with nice furnishings. Two families fit comfortably, great hiking nearby and less than 15 minutes to the village. We would definitely recommend!

Had a great time at mikes place, my kids liked the private dock a lot, to just walk down fish and relax. Just reminder there is no cell service with T-Mobile at this location. But, Felt great to unplug and relax. Mike is great. Had some questions and needed some assistance and Mike responded quickly. Will try to book again in the future.

★★★★★ 5/5 Our stay in Big Bear was absolutely perfect! The cabin had an amazing view and was just minutes from everything — restaurants, shops, and the lake. The host was fantastic, super responsive and welcoming. The place is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail, making it feel cozy yet stylish. We loved relaxing in the wonderful hot tub after a day out, and the vintage record player was such a fun touch — we ended up playing music every night. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Mike was a fantastic host. Very responsive and conclusive to any questions we had. This was our 4th time to stay in Big Bear and this home was up to the standards we expected. Thank you for a great stay and we will revisit again soon!

Had a great stay at Mike’s home in Big Bear. Three day family getaway, two parents, two teens, and a dog. The house is charming and quaint, in a peaceful setting with beautiful peekaboo views of the lake. Features were all as advertised, and pictures were accurate. The house is well stocked and well-maintained. Mike was an enthusiastic and responsive host, answering questions and immediately addressing our one concern (low propane tank for the grill). We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend!

It’s a beautiful home in a great location with many wonderful amenities. We would love to come back during the winter months. We had an issue when we arrived and Mike responded immediately to rectify the issue. We also left personal belongings behind when we checked out and Mike went out of his way to help us recover our belongings. We had nine people in the home and everyone enjoyed themselves and left very happy. We look forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was exactly as described, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, beautifully furnished with new, modern furniture, and had everything we could possibly need — from a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee, salt, dishes, etc.) to all the little touches that made our stay comfortable. Mike was an outstanding host — very responsive, friendly, and helpful. He provided great local recommendations and clearly explained everything we needed to know about the place. His hospitality made our experience even better. We couldn't have asked for more — the home was spacious, the kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Mike was a great host and the red barn was the perfect stay for our family. The inclosed back yard was perfect for my dog to explore without me being worried he would get out. The views of the water and mountains are world class and the little sit down area with fireplace by the lake was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely come back. Mike himself was extremely communicative, clear with his instructions, and was flexible for my families needs

Mike was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. His place in Big Bear worked out very nicely for our group. The trampoline, hot tub, grill, and big fenced backyard for my dog all made the trip very memorable. Was very happy to have found Mike's place after having my previous Airbnb reservation cancelled on me at the last minute.

Had a great time with the family, including the dog. Really enjoyed spending our evening on the deck looking over the lake. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. There were plenty of games to keep everyone occupied.
