LIVING AREA

The open floor plan leads to the spacious large kitchen and dining areas for your group. The chef's kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, and stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher to make meals here a breeze.

Bedroom 1: Upper Level - King Bed, En-suite Bath, Deck Access
Bedroom 2: Entry Level - Queen Bed, Bunk bed (twin)
Bedroom 3: Lower Level - King Bed
Bedroom 4: Lower Level - King Bed, Private Full Bath, Deck Access

The first of four bedrooms is located on the upper floor with a king bed and sliding doors out to the top deck, along with an adjacent bathroom.
The second bedroom is located on the entry level and includes a bunk bed (twins), a queen bed, and two new Arcade systems to enjoy.
Two additional bedrooms with king beds are located on the lower level, of which the master includes a recently remodeled en-suite bathroom and a sliding door to the lower deck.

BONUS SPACE
Finally, there is a bonus sleeping area including two full beds in the lowest level of the house, which is great for kids. The 3rd bathroom is located on the lowest level across from the bonus room and includes a washer and dryer.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER
A ChargePoint 50 amp 240V level 2 EV charger was just added to keep your electric vehicle fully charged after driving up the mountain. Works with all EV models including Tesla (just need to bring your J1772 adapter).
** Note: inform host if you would like to take advantage of this so the charger can be remotely unlocked.

***Please note the following:***
-Infants count toward the total guests count in the City of Big Bear Lake (take this into consideration when booking with us even if AirBnB allows it).
-Max number of dogs is two
-Firewood is not provided. Guests are asked to bring their own.

For your safety we have One (1) Ring doorbell camera on the front door that records audio and video activated by doorbell or movement
